Global School of Learning Believes in Global Idealities and Local Realities   Global School of Learning's Face Book Account

Here at GSL, we truly value experiential learning, believing that the classroom extends beyond the four walls of our school building. As a student of GSL, your child will have the opportunity to see how his or her learning applies in the real world through field trips and excursions. Last year, students participated in field trips to places such as Risia Park, Shrawasti, Katarniaghat Wild Life Sanctuary and Delhi.

At Risia Park, the Nursery, Kindergarten, and Class I students were able to combine art and nature by making collages based on the plants around them.

Classes II, III, and IV expanded their knowledge of history and ancient religions by visiting the Buddhist shrine at Shrawasti. There, students tried their hand at guided meditation at the Stuppas, and they learned more about Buddhism.

Students of Class V and VI visited Katarniaghat Wild Life Sanctuary to get first hand information and experience on Wildlife, Nature, Environment and Tribal communities.

Classes VII and VIII had the privilege of going to New Delhi. There, students were able to see their learning come to life at the National Science Centre Museum at Delhi, the Ba'hai Lotus Temple and the Red Fort. After reading at school about scientific processes, religions and history, this trip offered students a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to learn in the field .
